CONDITION

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service. These terms represent a binding agreement between you and the Dimarz collective.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, intellectual property rights for custom web development projects are transferred to the client. Dimarz retains the right to use the work in our portfolio (Nexus Archives) unless a specific non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is established between both parties.

3. Service Level Agreements

3.1 Lead Generation

We guarantee a bounce rate of less than 10% on our verified lead lists. Any bounces exceeding this threshold will be replaced free of charge within 7 operational days.

3.2 Web Development

We provide a 30-day bug-free warranty on all deployed code. Issues reported within this period will be prioritized and resolved at no additional cost as part of our commitment to technical excellence.

4. Payment Terms

Standard projects require a 50% upfront deposit to commence engineering work, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion and client verification before final deployment.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dimarz be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the service.
